StorageDockside Cakes:
To best preserve the quality and taste of your Dockside Cake refrigerate or freeze upon receipt. Our cakes will last up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator or 6 months in the freezer. Amazing! If you follow this simple suggestion your cake will taste just as good as it did the first day it was baked. Ideally our cakes should be wrapped tightly in plastic or sealed in a zip-lock plastic bag prior to freezing. Dockside Cookies: Dockside Cookies should be stored in an airtight container or a zip-lock bag once the inner foil bag has been opened to preserve their freshness. Dockside Cookies have a 4 month shelf life prior to opening the inner foil bag. Dockside Hot Sauces, Salsas, and Sauces: Dockside Hot Sauces, Salsas, and Sauces have a 18 month shelf life when unopened. They can be stored at room temperature until opened. When opened they should be stored in the refrigerator and have a 6 month shelf life. |
