General information about Dockside Cakes:
Sizes:
- Large – a 1 pound 8 oz. Bundt style cake
- Mini’s – 4 oz. Mini bundt style cakes.
Packaging:
- Large cakes are individually shrink wrapped for freshness and boxed for protection. Large cakes are packed 12 per case. The case is approximately 22.0 lbs. with dimensions of 17“ x 17” x 10” inches.
- Mini’s rest in a 4 oz. Bundt shaped bake able plastic pan and then over-wrapped and sealed for freshness. The cakes is then placed in our signature Dockside Cakes tropical box and shrink wrapped for tamper proof protection. Mini’s are packed 18 per case. The case is 7.0 lbs. and the dimensions are 15” x 10” x 8” inches.
Dockside Cakes™ are sold wholesale in full case quantities only. We would prefer that each case be of the same flavor however we can discuss mixed cases if your business is seasonal.
Shelf Life for Cakes:
- 30 days without refrigeration
- 8 weeks in the refrigerator.
- 6 months in the freezer.

- 16 oz. of cookies in an 8” x 3” round solid color metal gift tin.
Packaging:
- All cookies are packaged in 8 oz. foil sealed bags.
- 8 oz. bags of cookies are placed inside of a white retail bag with a Dockside Cookie tropical themed label affixed to the front. Dockside Cookies are sold 12 bags per case. The case weighs 6 lbs. and the dimensions are 15” x 10” x 8”.
- Cookies in a Gift Tin consist of two 8 oz. foil sealed bags placed inside our 8” x 3” round solid color metal gift tin. We can affix a Dockside Cookie tropical themed label to the top of the tin if requested. Dockside Cookies in Gift Tins are sold 12 per case. The case weighs 20 lbs and the dimensions are 17” x 17” x 10”.

- 1 year in the freezer

- Dockside Salsas come in 15 oz. glass jars and are sold 12 per case. The case weighs 16 lbs when shipped. The shelf life of Dockside Salsa is 18 months with no refrigeration if unopened.
