A spicy jerk sauce to use as a marinade or a sauce.  This spicy jerk seasoning is a calypso of flavor.  Great marinade for chicken or as a sauce for the grill.  Tamirind with soy, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and scotch bonnet peppers.  This is a medium jerk sauce.

  I marinated chicken 24 hours with this sauce and it was out of this world! Great marinade!
