Every Dockside Cake is baked fresh, immediately wrapped and sealed to preserve freshness, then shipped to you in a Dockside Cake gift box.
We use Standard Federal Express Home and Commercial shipping service unless otherwise requested. Federal Express will deliver Monday thru Friday to a physical address only. Federal Express will leave packages at the front door and will not request a signature at the time of delivery. Delivery time varies depending on the region you are shipping to.
If you would like to ship to a PO Box, APO, or FPO address or any foreign country we will use the US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please call1-800-813-2253as charges and delivery time will vary for international addresses.
Expedited Shipping is available if you wish to guarantee the arrival of your shipment by a certain date. We can ship your order via expedited shipping, including 3 day, 2 day, or overnight delivery service with Federal Express.
Please ensure your gift list is current. We cannot be responsible for lost or spoiled product shipments due to inaccurate shipping addresses provided to us.
Orders take 24 to 48 hours to process. If rising cost affects our delivery charges we will inform you of any increase at the time of your order.
Holiday Shipping – to help ensure your gift arrives on time please place your orders no later than 7 business days prior to a holiday. Expedited service is recommended for guaranteed delivery dates.
