How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship Monday - Friday except for some Holidays.
All orders submitted before 2:00pm E.S.T. will ship same day if available. Otherwise it will ship next business day.
How do the products arrive at destination?
Our Bundt Cakes DO NOT ship with dry ice, gel packs nor an insulated cooler. Our cakes ship ambient temperature. They may feel warm or cool to the touch upon arrival, depending on transit temperatures and weather. This does not affect the product.
How to preserve the quality and flavor of cakes?
To best preserve the quality and taste of your Dockside Cake refrigerate or freeze upon receipt. Our cakes will last up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator or 6 months in the freezer. Amazing! If you follow this simple suggestion your cake will taste just as good as it did the first day it was baked. Ideally our cakes should be wrapped tightly in plastic or sealed in a zip-lock plastic bag prior to freezing.
How to preserve the quality and flavor of cookies?
Dockside Cookies should be stored in an airtight container or a zip-lock bag once the inner foil bag has been opened to preserve their freshness. Dockside Cookies have a 1 year shelf life prior to opening the inner foil bag.
Do the products have preservatives?
We proudly use only natural, GMO-free ingredients—no preservatives, no artificial flavors, just real, wholesome goodness. From the flour to the flavorings, everything is thoughtfully chosen to create cakes that you’ll feel good about sharing with loved ones. For our citrus cakes, we even use real, freshly-squeezed juices to give each bite an authentic, zesty flavor.
